We are looking for a well-organised individual with great communication skills to join our busy Student Casework Team in the University Secretariat department.
This role will principally support the University’s Academic Appeals, Student Complaints and Student Disciplinary processes, working closely with the Secretariat Administrator and the Student Casework Manager, as well as supporting other functions of the University Secretariat.

The post holder will advise students and staff on Academic Appeals, Student Complaints and Student Disciplinary processes. They will use their organisational and analytical skills to effectively triage and process the high volume of student cases the department receives. The post holder will use their excellent communication skills to provide clear and accurate responses to students and staff.

The post-holder will have a good eye for detail and be sensitive to the confidential and complex nature of the material they receive. They will enjoy working in a small supportive team but also look to external sources for guidance on best practice in order to provide effective service to our students and staff.

This is an exciting time for the University; our new £35m state-of-the art library has just opened and we are continuing to develop a number of external partnerships across the globe.
