You will have a relevant PhD or a Master’s degree along with significant industry experience, or have an entrepreneurial background. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate specialism(s) in two or more areas of the Subject Group – International Business, Strategy, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Ethics, Responsible Business, Cross/Inter-Cultural Management.
If you are successful, you can expect to teach, supervise and conduct research and/or engage in enterprise related activities across the broad domain represented by the Subject Group. Teaching will be at undergraduate and postgraduate levels (including delivery overseas) and you are expected to contribute to the extension of technology enhanced learning across our portfolio. The successful candidate will be expected either to excel in teaching, contribute to our research agenda, or to secure and deliver financially viable enterprise activity.
Fellowship of the HEA, a recognised teaching qualification, or a commitment to achieve Fellowship in an agreed timescale is essential. Experience of module leadership, distance learning and learning technologies would also be advantageous, but not essential.
