We have an exciting opportunity in the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre for an individual looking to use their skills in Quality management to make an impact in a thriving, world-class research centre and a fantastic place to work. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual with a strong Quality background in a research and/or manufacturing environment to join a highly motivated team.

The Quality Manager offers advice and support regarding the interpretation and application of requirements while being responsible for coordinating the development of documented systems and providing tools for the execution of processes and procedures which ensure consistency as appropriate and that the minimum requirements are met across the AMRC.

You will be key part of a recently restructured team and will be working to ensure that the organisation’s aims are met, while ensuring that AS9100, ISO 17025 and ISO 13485 standards compliance is maintained.

You will:

  • Have an engineering qualification or an equivalent level qualification in a technical discipline to level 4 or above.
  • Have experience of maintaining and developing management systems compliant with the requirements of AS9100, ISO 17025 and ISO 13485.
  • Be an excellent listener and communicator.
  • Have experience with a range of project management approaches.
