The ideal candidate must be a chartered safety professional with experience of auditing, developing systems, using safety related software tools and managing or supervising others.
You should have worked in advisory or management capacity in a challenging and demanding environment, and also be able to demonstrate improvements they have made through their actions and engagement with others.
In addition, you should have the ability to work effectively with a range of staff showing tact and resilience with excellent communication skills.
