As their London campus continues to grow, they are seeking to appoint an academic member of staff at the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer Level, who will share their passion for excellent student experience and high employability.

The successful applicant will join the Department of Management and Human Resources.

You will be a qualified academic with experience in Higher Education who enjoys all aspects of teaching, learning and places Student Experience in the forefront of their activities.

This is a mainly teaching-focused role which reflects the nature of the institution.

  • The successful candidate will assume module leadership(s) and contribute to the undergraduate and postgraduate student experience.
  • The successful candidate will have aspirations of being a Course Director.
  • You will be an active researcher whose activity inform their teaching and aim at delivering output consistent with Coventry University’s research strategy.

As a Lecturer in Human Resource Management, you will contribute to the teaching at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels in the subject areas of:

  • Research Methods
  • Dissertation and Internship
  • Human Resource Management
  • Employee Engagement
  • Contemporary Issues in HRM
  • Global HRM Strategies

You will receive a full induction which will help you navigate the online systems (including Aula Platform and Academic Regulations) as well as the teaching specifics including online marking and module review.
