The University of Oxford is a complex and stimulating organisation, which enjoys an international reputation as a world-class centre of excellence in research and teaching. 

This is a part-time role requiring the candidate to work for a minimum of 20 hours a week (flexible hours). Additional hours during busy periods will be available. 

The role includes working week nights, evenings and weekends on rotational basis with the other Operations and Events Supervisor. This role may require working from other venues within Oxford City Centre.  The Operations and Events team at the Theatre aims to provide an excellent operational and events service to their internal and external customers be these academics, students, visitors, external hirers or guests attending concerts and events. 

The Operations and Events Supervisor role is to provide cover for events in the Theatre ensuring the needs of internal and external event organisers are met and that a consistently high level of service is delivered for every event. It will also include occasional front desk duties/cash handling when open to visitors.
