The Faculty Marketing team, where this role is based, is the primary interface between the Marketing department and the academic faculties. Through building strong relations with the Deans and relevant heads/academics/school staff, the Faculty Marketing Coordinator remains on top of course development and course changes and has strong ties with the subject-matter experts in the faculties to enhance the work and deliverables of the broader Marketing team.
The Faculty Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Faculty Marketing Manager to develop faculty-based marketing plans, deliver and report upon them. The position is a vital service role within the Marketing team, managing the needs of internal stakeholders requiring support from a range of teams within the department to achieve desired marketing outcomes.
Although the Faculty Marketing Coordinator is located in the Marketing department, the role works very closely with the faculty and is expected to co-locate between both areas.
