Full-time, fixed-term contract until 16 January 2023 (maternity cover).

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a central role within the WBS Undergraduate Programme. The post holder will be the lead for the Programme’s Student Experience and Engagement strategy and will be the central figure in the department’s work with its 2000+ Undergraduate students. The role is central to WBS’s strategic ambitions. The Student Experience and Engagement Manager also oversees the department’s pastoral care for its large Undergraduate population, which is pivotal to our day-to-day operations.

You will need to have good experience of working in a busy student environment and be able to simultaneously take a broad strategic overview whilst being able to focus on the detail of a complex workload. The successful postholder will also lead our small team of Student Experience staff through a busy and complex calendar.
