This is an exciting role for someone looking to take the first steps in a career in the arts or fundraising. The RNCM's Development team generate over £2m philanthropic and sponsorship income a year, inspiring people and organisations to invest in the future of music.
A key player in a dynamic team, this busy and varied role is essential to the smooth running of the Development team. The post holder will undertake gift administration, support our wide range of supporter events, support our Alumni social media content generation and maintain the Raiser’s Edge database (with full training provided). They also provide PA support to the Director of Development. We are looking for someone with good attention to detail, great communication skills and a willingness to learn on the job with a positive and pro-active attitude. You will gain broad skills in arts administration and fundraising and join the team at an exciting time as we work towards our 50th birthday year.
