Oxford Population Health (Nuffield Department of Population Health) contains world-renowned population health research groups and provides an excellent environment for multi-disciplinary research and teaching. The Clinical Trial Service Unit (CTSU) is a major international research institute within the Oxford Population Health, and is one of the world’s leading centres for research into chronic diseases, such as cancer and heart disease.
As TMF Administrator your principle task is to assist in the setup and maintenance of the Trial Master File (TMF) (both paper and eTMF) for two major studies within the Heart and Renal Studies Group. Working closely with the CTSU administrative team, you will be involved in the collection of all essential documents at central, regional and site level, as well as co-ordinating the collection of essential documents to be held centrally (either in the role of Sponsor or on–behalf of an external Sponsor).
To be considered for this post you will have a university degree (or equivalent experience), substantial document management experience (e.g. Record Information Management, library sciences etc.) and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the regulations governing the requirements of a TMF. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are also essential.
The post is full time (although part time considered) and fixed term for 2 years. The closing date for applications is noon on 9th February 2022.
