Project Services are a specialist team within Information Services who deliver IT and business change projects with partners across the University. Our diverse project portfolio supports research, teaching and professional services improving business efficiency, enhancing student experience, maintaining IT compliance and enabling digital transformation. As part of the University’s continuing investment in student experience and digital services, Project Services are expanding and have a number of positions available.

The successful candidates will play a key role in project delivery, working closely with our business partners, and occasionally our students, to provide hiqh quality business analysis services.

The posts will be based in our Corporate Services and University Secretary & College teams supporting areas.

Your skills and attributes for success:

• Effective knowledge and use of standard business analysis tools and techniques in traditional and agile project environments
• Strong and demonstrable business analysis experience with a track record of successful delivery
• A focus on people with excellent communication skills and an ability to successfully engage with business and IT stakeholders at all levels
• Experience of business process re-design and successfully delivering business change
• A willingness to innovate and seek new approaches to achieve positive outcomes for our business partners, end-users and other stakeholders
• Clear commitment and reasoned commitment to work and thrive in this rewarding and challenging role at the University
