This new role will be based within the Wellbeing Team within Student Services, which is within the Directorate of Student Experience and Enhancement.  The role will provide a first point of contact for international students, including those from XJTLU, to ensure that they have access to the full range of University Services, while supporting existing Student Services triage processes. For many international students, cultural barriers bring particular challenges in navigating systems in the UK and you will use your cultural understanding to help break down these barriers and raise awareness of the support needs of all international students across the University.   While based in Liverpool, you may have the opportunity to work internationally for short periods of time.
