This is an exciting opportunity to join the new Office for the Dean of Students in the Resolutions Team. You will be required to lead on student complaints and student disciplinary matters, building strong relationships with professional service employees and academics across the University. You will possess the ability to manage your own schedule across a number of locations and demonstrate a solution focused approach.
The Resolutions Lead post is vital in working with students and the university to resolve matters swiftly and with empathy, to ensure that students experiencing any difficulties are offered an opportunity to share their views and feedback.
