About 

This is a permanent and full-time role that will suit a confident, collaborative, detail orientated and self-motivated individual, with a genuine creative flair for fundraising, who can bring diverse and broader perspectives including the cultural nuances required to be an effective communicator in this role and who is looking for an exciting challenge in an international environment. The role will be responsible for;

  • Leading on management & delivery of the Scholars Annual Fund, the Rhodes Scholar alumni annual giving programme. With an ambitious annual target of £1.3m, the Scholars Fund is a key component of the funding of the Rhodes Scholarships and will have contributed at least £15m to the campaign total since 2019.
  • Manage global network of Class Leader volunteers involved in peer based annual fundraising & take lead in enhancing the objectives and benefits of programme membership.
  • Encourage and support Class Year groups to raise class gifts; take lead in designing model strategies and promotion for milestone anniversary classes.
  • Manage Global Annual Fund donor renewals, acknowledgements, and donor reports.
  • Design and execute 120th and 125th milestone anniversary annual giving surge strategies.
