A founding member of the Russell Group, the University of Southampton is among the top 80 global universities and in the UK’s top 15. Our academics and diverse global student community are helping to change the world for the better.
Our new University Strategy sets out a commitment to ensure our graduates are recognised globally for a University of Southampton Experience that sets them apart: as curious; engaged; articulate; ethical; culturally aware; enterprising; and socially and environmentally responsible. As such, we’re investing in growing our global mobility programme to complement our success in our Turing Scheme bid.
We are seeking a Study Abroad and Exchange Administrator to be part of our new, expanded global mobility team.
As Study Abroad and Exchange Administrator, you'll provide effective and efficient administration of the University of Southampton’s study abroad and exchange team, with a particular focus on processing applications, responding to queries, support for event administration and contributing to related promotional activities in a range of media.
You’ll bring a passion for the transformative potential of study abroad and exchange. With previous work experience in a administrative or secretarial support role, you'll be able to create clear, accurate and concise written documentation, work well with minimal supervision and enjoy working in an office environment as part of a busy team.
