The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running and work cycle relating to in-house maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects and facilitate compliance of externally managed projects ensuring that jobs are followed through from start to finish.

You should ideally have experience in a previous administrative position, outstanding attention to detail, strong IT, organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal confidently with people. The ability to remain calm under pressure whilst juggling multiple priorities is essential for this very rewarding position. Consideration will be given to candidates with less experience on a grade lower than that advertised who are able to demonstrate a willingness to grow and learn in the role.
