We are looking for colleagues to join our busy programme administration team. We would welcome interest from experienced administrators, graduates, and those wishing to change direction. We are looking for applicants who can show examples to meet the role criteria, however we recognise that this may come from a wealth of experiences.
Our team supports students in all aspects of their journey, through recruitment, enrolment, graduation, and beyond with our portfolio of continuing professional development courses. We work with academic colleagues and service users from within the faculty, as well as a range of supporting colleagues across the university. Applicants will be comfortable working alone and as part of a supportive team. This is an agile working role with 40% of overall hours worked on campus in a student-facing capacity.
Please note: This role will not attract sufficient points to obtain a sponsored Skilled Worker visa under the points based immigration system.
Benefits
As an Oxford Brookes employee, you will enjoy a total of a minimum of 25 days holiday, rising with your service, plus 8 bank holidays and additional university concessionary days (normally 5 per year).
We encourage and support hybrid working where the role allows and ensure that you have the necessary equipment to allow you to work flexibly.
We have an extremely competitive Local Government Pension Scheme with a 19.2% Employer contribution rate, as well as providing all staff with access to an occupational health service, financial education, and a comprehensive employee assistance helpline.
We prioritise the wellbeing of our employees - physically, mentally and financially - and we provide a diverse and comprehensive benefits package to support our team.
In addition, all employees have access to:
Equality, diversity and inclusion

We are committed to recruiting from the widest possible pool and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates who embrace our values, regardless of their background.
As a Disability Confident Employer, we guarantee to interview any disabled applicant who meets the essential selection criteria.
