The role

This is an exciting HR entry level opportunity within the Employee Services Hub to provide a confidential, efficient and effective professional administrative support service.

You will be responsible for data entry on to our HR information system and provide ad-hoc support across all teams as required.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for creating documents from a detailed brief as required.  Updating relevant records, databases and spreadsheets to ensure that accurate, up to date information is accessible to those that require it.  

You will be involved in the production of confidential documents (e.g. employment contracts), creating electronic personnel files and exercising due care and attention to the transfer and/or storage of such information. 

You will provide essential administrative support activities to contribute to the smooth operation of a Department and attend team meetings taking notes as appropriate.

You should apply if

You should have previous administrative experience within a busy office environment, experience in using excel and IT systems with the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly. Proven time-management skills, including the ability to manage a busy workload and meet competing deadlines is essential. You must enjoy working in a very busy and stimulating environment and have the ability to respond positively to change.

There are 3 positions available, 35 hours per week
