About the role
The newly created role of School Employability Partner is pivotal in progressing the strategic aim of working in partnership with academic schools. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with academic colleagues across designated schools of study, and liaising with specialist colleagues across the Careers and Employability Service to further embed employability, enterprise, entrepreneurialism and the Bath Spa graduate attributes across the curriculum.

We teach around 8,000 students on a set of campuses around Bath, with most being located at Newton Park, including a listed Georgian house and grounds, or Locksbrook Road, our new city-centre art and design campus. We are a diverse and collaborative team offering careers education, information, advice and guidance. We coordinate placement activities and opportunities for students and develop skills and confidence through mentoring programmes and awards. We develop networks with employers and partners to give students access to opportunities and advice through workshops, events and insights. We take a creative approach to graduate success ensuring we help students with the first steps from university and beyond. ]
