Audio Visual (AV) is an integral part of Leeds Conservatoire and are an ambitious, enthusiastic and supportive team. We are looking to appoint an AV Officer to support staff, students and external visitors.
The postholder will be required to deal with enquiries and provide support for both staff and students in using audio-visual equipment and systems. The postholder will also be required to be involved capturing and creating audio-visual content, such as live events, student assessments and learning resources.
Applicants will hold a minimum of two A level qualifications or equivalent, and preferably be educated to degree level in digital media related subject (e.g. music production, film/TV production, music technology, etc.) as well as demonstrating a high level of digital capability. We are looking for candidates who are confident working with digital technologies, a range of audio-visual equipment and supporting others with technology. An understanding and prior experience of audio-video equipment and software is essential, plus you will be expected to interact with a range of people, so excellent communication and a strong customer service ethos is essential.
