We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to join our busy and dynamic International Recruitment Team. Working to agreed targets, you will be a key team member, involved with all elements of the recruitment of international students. You will be required to liaise with key internal stakeholders, and external bodies such the UKVI, agents, the British Council, School Advisors and other UK and international Higher Education providers.
This role will involve extensive travel overseas (approximately 12 weeks per year) to represent the University of Winchester at international student recruitment events, as well as visiting partner institutions, potential collaborators and overseas representatives as appropriate. Key areas of responsibility include:
You will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent professional qualification and have experience of international student recruitment in the Higher Education sector. You will have demonstrable experience of working to targets and be confident and skilled at building and developing relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience of working in an international context is essential along with strong organisational skills and the ability to influence others.
