Visa Compliance Officer

Location: Dual Location: London Moorgate and Homeworking

Contract Type: FTC – 7 Months

As our student numbers increase and we continue to diversify our programmes and portfolio, we are looking for high-calibre people to join our Visa Compliance team as a Visa Compliance Officer

*Please note – This is a dual location position – with two days per week based in our London campus and three days homeworking.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enter a well-established and respected department. As a Visa Compliance Officer you will carry out compliance duties related to international student visa sponsorship. You will be:

• Working closely with stakeholders across the University, implementing all policies and processes concerning our sponsor duties to the Home Office
• Assessing and advising on the eligibility for student visa sponsorship of prospective and current students
• Maintaining up-to-date audit trails and records for all international students registered at the University. 
• Carrying out on course monitoring across the university for all international students

We are looking for people who are/have:

• Capable of processing large amounts of complex information efficiently, while maintaining a high attention to detail
• Able to work within established processes and policies. 
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing an excellent customer service.
