We are looking to recruit a Strategy Delivery Lead on a one year secondment to cover maternity leave to support the university’s strategic plans around its Education and Student Experience Strategic Delivery Plan and the Access and Participation Plan.
Supporting the university’s senior leadership, you will be the central point of knowledge and co-ordination of the plans, articulating how the plans deliver against strategy, engaging stakeholders across the institution to ensure successful implementation and influencing positive changes in behaviours and ways of working. You will ensure appropriate plans, risk and issue management, resources, and governance are put in place and report on progress via appropriate channels.

This position is offered on a fixed term basis for 1 year. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week); however, applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 30 hours per week). Please specify in your application if you wish to work part time and the number of preferred hours. Job share arrangements may be considered. Place of work is on campus at University of Nottingham and home working.
Requests for secondment from internal candidates will be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.
