We have recently launched our Health and Wellbeing Strategic Plan and are currently expanding the staff wellbeing team which is embedded within the Health Safety and Risk directorate. There is a genuine commitment from the University leadership to increase wellbeing support for staff and this role presents a unique opportunity to being involved in the development of this area.
We are looking for an individual to provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support for the Occupational Health and Staff Wellbeing teams. You will have experience of handling enquires, organising events, creating reports and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role will also provide administrative support for a key University project to review the Occupational Health provision at the University.
You will be well organised and adaptable, taking a positive approach to managing a busy workload. Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing an excellent service.
This role is full time and offered on a fixed term basis until 31 July 2024.
