The Student Experience Team is a new team, and we are looking for a Student Experience Administrator to review and streamline several different tasks to ensure the smooth running of this new service.
The Student Experience team are responsible for providing front-line support to students using a caseload management approach to ensure that every individual student is recognised and appropriately supported. The team are also responsible for monitoring attendance and engagement, coordinating student-facing events and activities, and supporting course teams with student-experience related matters.
You will play a key role of transitioning to this new service and will work with the Student Experience Manager to implement process changes and efficiencies, including the implementation of technological solutions.

You will have a background and experience of undertaking a variety of administrative responsibilities with strong organisational skills. In addition, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of difference clients.
