We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Assessments and Quality Team, who work as part of Registry. Duties will include acting as a key point of contact for students and staff on all matters relating to the areas handled by the team, ensuring delivery of an accurate, efficient and courteous service to all stakeholders. The successful applicant will deliver wide ranging administrative support to support the team’s assessments and quality remit.
Applicants must be educated to degree level and have experience in providing high-level administrative support, advice and guidance to students and staff. They must be computer literate in Word and Excel and have the ability to learn new systems quickly. To succeed in the role, you must have good attention to detail and accuracy. The successful applicant should also be able to effectively organise and prioritise their workload, deal with tight and competing deadlines and possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) as they will be liaising with staff and students. Experience of working in higher or further education is essential.
