As a Senior Administrator (External Engagement and Student Experience), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support that enriches student life across our School.
In this role, you’ll work independently and as part of a collaborative team to coordinate a wide range of student-focused activities, including Welcome Week, student voice initiatives, academic support, and extra-curricular events.
You’ll manage communications across print and digital platforms to keep students informed and engaged, and you’ll support them in organising their own activities.
Some events will require flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, ensuring our student experience initiatives run smoothly and successfully.
If you are organised, proactive, and committed to making a positive impact on the student journey, we encourage you to apply.

You should be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and work both independently and as part of a team.
