This is an exciting opportunity to work in a World Top 100 University, in the Department of Global Engagement. You will play an important role in ensuring the effective support of international partnerships and use your skills to make an impact on the University’s wider internationalisation agenda.
You will provide administrative support to the development and management of international priority partnerships, educational initiatives such as the new University of Sheffield Summer School and other income generating programmes for the University. We are seeking a candidate with experience in customer service and who has strong communication skills: the role will include liaison overseas partner institutions and internal colleagues in academic departments and professional services.
You will have administrative experience and attention to detail: you will be required to maintain data and information, keep financial records, organise meetings and events, and prepare detailed information and briefing documents.
This is a varied role and we are seeking a strong team player with a good understanding of the international higher education environment.
