Rose Bruford College is seeking an experienced and motivated International Recruitment and Conversion Manager to lead our international engagement and applicant conversion activity which is currently in the early stages of development. This role will play a key part in growing the College’s international student community and ensuring that prospective students from around the world receive exceptional guidance and support throughout their journey to enrolment.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and strategic recruitment professional to take ownership of international student recruitment and conversion within a creative, dynamic higher education environment.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across Admissions, Marketing, and academic departments, you will ensure that international recruitment activity is innovative, student-focused, and aligned with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the international recruitment and conversion pipeline from application through to enrolment.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of international recruitment activity, including online and in-person engagement events.
  • Develop and implement international CRM strategies and segmented communication campaigns to support conversion and applicant engagement.
  • Oversee and update international content across the College website and digital platforms, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and relevant.
  • Coordinate UKVI-related processes for new international students in collaboration with Admissions.
  • Process FAFSA and other international funding applications in line with institutional and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver a high-quality applicant experience through personalised support, webinars, and Q&A sessions for international audiences.
  • Undertake market research and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategy and portfolio development.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Student Recruitment on international strategy and enrolment planning.
  • Deputise for the Head of Student Recruitment when required.

About You

  • Experienced in international student recruitment and conversion within higher education.
  • Knowledgeable about UKVI regulations, international admissions processes, and compliance best practice.
  • Highly organised with excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
  • Confident using CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to deliver data-driven recruitment and conversion campaigns.
  • Comfortable presenting and representing the College at international events, both online and overseas.
  • Committed to delivering an outstanding, inclusive, and student-centred applicant experience.
