This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring academic to build on the international reputation of the MA Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins (CSM), with a focus on educating ‘hybrid creatives’, fluent in both creative and organisational skills.
MA Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins is one of the first courses to locate innovation management in an arts and design college. As the Lecturer in Digital Innovation & Management, you will be responsible for teaching, curriculum development, and on-going scholarship on this cutting-edge transdisciplinary course.
Working collaboratively within a course team, you will deploy your specialist expertise to develop pedagogy and the curriculum in innovative and critical directions, based on an appreciation of the role of digital innovation, management and creative technology knowledge and skills in student careers. You will also need to stay abreast of research and other developments in digital innovation and ensure that these developments are reflected in the curriculum.
You will take shared responsibility for postgraduate students’ mentoring and support, progress and attendance, recruitment and maintaining records.

Your profile
With a postgraduate degree in a relevant subject, the successful candidate will possess experience of teaching and assessment in a higher education environment.
You should be able to evidence research, knowledge exchange and/or professional practice that contributes to the advancement of digital innovation activity and of using contacts within your subject peer group to develop partnerships or collaboration.
