The Careers Centre at the University of Reading is seeking a Senior Information Coordinator to work in our busy team. You will play a key role in the Careers Information and Events team, leading on information management and operational procedures. The role leads our reception services, ensuring an outstanding customer experience for students and employers. They also support the promotion of Careers’ key messages to students. You will be detail-orientated and be confident developing and implementing systems and processes and be motivated to deliver the highest standards of service for our students and stakeholders.
You will line manage two staff members and work closely with the Head of Careers Information and Events. Please take a look at the full job description for a comprehensive list of duties.
