As part of our growth and with a focus on the support we provide to our students, we have created a number of new opportunities in our Careers and Employability Team, which will see it more than double in size.
As part of these we are looking for a Digital Careers and Employability Manager who will focus on both strategic development and operational enhancement of the Careers and Employability Digital Careers team whilst also ensuring alignment to Arden’s strategic aims, leading on the development of Arden’s digital careers education to support high quality student outcomes. You will collaborate with colleagues in the Careers Education and Work-Based Learning teams to embed effective online careers education supports their activities, and also collaborate with Arden’s Digital Learning Team and Academic colleagues to embed employability activities into programmes. You will also manage a learning technologist and a communications specialist.
About You:
You will have experience of managing a Careers Service Management System and other digital careers products and resources. We will be looking for you to evidence knowledge and experience of creating effective digital careers education resources . Knowledge of the higher education environment and the opportunities and challenges for careers and employability work in this context is essential.
