What you would be doing:
You will lead Imperial Business School’s global experiences portfolio, shaping and delivering high-quality international immersions, study tours and partnerships that enhance the student experience and support the School’s strategic goals. Your role will combine strategic leadership with operational delivery, from working with academics and external partners to design impactful global programmes, to overseeing risk, travel, budgets, and student application processes. You will also drive innovation, build strong internal and external relationships, and help raise the School’s global profile through outstanding experiences, partnerships, and operational excellence
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with experience leading global experiences, events or operational delivery in a complex, fast-paced environment, alongside strong project, budget and stakeholder management skills. You will be confident managing risk, delivering high-quality outcomes, and building effective relationships across a wide range of internal and external partners. You will also bring excellent communication and influencing skills, with a proactive, adaptable approach and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
