We are seeking to recruit a Head of Registry Services; a significant new role for the institution that will lead our four College-based Academic Registry teams to deliver a high quality, student-focussed and customer orientated service.
As a member of the Academic Registry senior management team, you will ensure the effective and efficient operation of student administrative processes from enrolment to exam boards and will work collaboratively with colleagues to review and enhance systems and processes to emulate sector best practice.

To apply, you must have substantial experience of leading the operation of at least one of the common services in a higher education Registry function, with the knowledge and ability to take on broader functional responsibilities. With extensive knowledge of the HE sector, registry processes and policy, you will be a collaborative and supportive leader, able to work with complexity and lead teams based across multiple locations. With successful change management experience, you will also have an eye for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering excellent services that meet the needs of both students and university colleagues.
