This is a fixed term post covering a secondment ending on 29 February 2024
TQARO is part of the Academic Registrar’s Division and aims to ensure that all stakeholders can have full confidence in the School's academic standards and quality assurance mechanisms. TQARO’s work includes organising the School’s engagement with the national quality assurance framework overseen by the Office for Students; servicing senior School committees; participating in reviews of academic Departments and taught provision; carrying out teaching surveys; and updating programme regulations and course guides.
The Surveys Manager is responsible for a major strand of TQARO’s activity, managing and administering the surveys of student opinion of teaching and their educational experience whilst at LSE, including line managing two Surveys Officers. This involves co-ordinating the collation, application and analysis of data used in the survey process and various quality assurance processes across the School. Candidates should have:
