Bristol Law School offers state of the art facilities, including two mock courtrooms, modern Harvard lecture theatres and teaching spaces, a Legal Resource Room, and a dedicated Business Advice Clinic, where our law students undertake a range of Pro Bono work supervised by Solicitors or Barristers.
The vacancy: Working in the School of Law, comprising of academic (LLB/LLM) and professional Law programmes (GDL/BTC/LPC/STC) this is a permanent appointment teaching and supporting students on the Bar Training Course.

The successful applicant will undertake a module leadership role within Professional Law and be able to teach Litigation, Professional Ethics and skills-based subjects (including advocacy).

You must have breadth and depth of subject knowledge appropriate for teaching in a higher education setting, we would particularly welcome applicants with a strong academic record and substantial experience of practice as a barrister or solicitor.
