Oxford Brookes University is looking to recruit an experienced, reliable and highly motivated Global Recruitment Manager, as a member of the Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement directorate. You will work as part of a dynamic Global Recruitment team who apply their professional skills and expertise to meet International student recruitment targets for the University. You will be required to work with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally including agents, schools, colleges and prospective students and will also be responsible for managing a team of UK based staff and In Country representatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Global Recruitment Team for our Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement directorate.

Overall Purpose

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Global Recruitment, the Global Recruitment Manager shares responsibility for managing the Global recruitment team, drives the recruitment strategy in their region of personal responsibility and is responsible for developing and delivering recruitment strategies and tactics which enable the University to achieve its strategic objectives.

The role requires working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally including agents, schools, colleges and prospective students. 

Qualifications and Experience

We want to hear from candidates who have experience of working in a recruitment, marketing or sales background and who have an interest in working with international students, schools, colleges, agents and partners. We are looking for candidates who can provide excellent customer service and who can work both independently and as part of a team and are not afraid to take on a challenge big or small. The role will require working some weekends and work outside normal working hours, so being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities is essential.
