Formed in 2021, our Financial Planning and Analysis team supports the development of the Financial Strategy and enhanced analysis. You’ll support the Head of Internal & Compliance Reporting in drafting/implementing a finance reporting strategy to meet growing demands. You’ll support Finance Business partners with the annual budget and re-forecasting process. You'll also lead on production of management information, drafting papers and presentations for senior management. A key element of this role is to establish a continuous reporting improvement programme by engaging with our stakeholders and building relationships.
To do this job you’ll need to be a fully qualified accountant with significant post qualification experience, or experience in a reporting or finance role. You’ll have experience of overseeing budget/forecast processes within a large, complex organisation, communicating financial information in a clear and accessible manner, and building positive relationships with stakeholders, and a track record of financial leadership and managing teams.
