This is a fixed-term, full time appointment until 29 March 2024.
Opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the central Admissions team at Birkbeck, University of London.
Part of the Registry Services, the Admissions Team is responsible for providing an effective central admissions service to applicants from across the globe, from enquiry to enrolment.
Working closely with the academic departments, you will be responsible for assessing applications in a timely and professional manner, inputting admissions decisions into the student database and issuing offers to applicants.
You will play a key role in the College’s recruitment objectives, and in addition to these duties, you will participate in Open Days and events as required.

This post operates on a hybrid-working model and applicants must be able to regularly commute to our Bloomsbury office when required.

Remuneration:
Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £27,727 rising to £31,096 per annum
The salary quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
