Job Summary:
Would you like to be a part of an important Registry team at the heart of one of the world’s best universities? The Central Timetabling Support Office is looking for an experienced timetabler to assist across all areas of its operations to support academic and administrative colleagues.

The Central Timetabling Support Team co-ordinates and supports the College’s annual timetabling process and has an important role to play in the delivery of the College Strategic Plan and in College Learning and Teaching Strategy.
Duties and responsibilities
You will work with a very supportive and friendly team, but one that requires you to be independent, good at troubleshooting and problem solving. Excellent communication and customer service skills will ensure that in working closely with faculty colleagues you will form a strong partnership with them through training and collaboration.
Essential requirements
The Senior Timetabling Officer role require the skills to schedule teaching and report on outcomes for planning and modelling purposes. You will understand that accuracy and an eye for detail is essential and you must be experienced in scheduling using specialist timetabling software. Some knowledge of exam timetabling would be helpful, but not essential and you must have experience in using reporting tools and managing quality in large quantities of data.
