You will hold overall responsibility for enquiry management in the International Recruitment and Marketing team and will line manage two International Administrators, supervising their daily work and providing professional support and development.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have significant experience in a marketing role, preferably in a higher education environment and/or cross culturally and be able to produce effective marketing plans and engaging content across a variety of channels. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to use analytical skills across a variety of sources to inform marketing activity. You will be organised and flexible, with an ability to manage your own workload by prioritising and delegating where necessary. You will be able to work both independently as well as part of a team, and experience of supervising or managing staff is desirable.
