The Role
The Global Experiences Operations Manager role sits within the Global Experiences team. You will support the University’s mobility and internationalisation strategy by ensuring that an efficient and high level of service is delivered to outgoing and incoming students, and related stakeholders. With responsibility for operational management of the portfolio of opportunities and the team, this role will also manage a range of projects that respond to organisation need.
You will be highly user focused and able to demonstrate a track record of delivery. You will bring experience of project / programme management and business process improvement which you will use to develop our systems as we look to streamline the mobility and student funding processes across the university.

It is a very busy team with a wide range of activity across the year. We have experienced a regularly changing landscape in recent years with Brexit, Turing funding and Covid, which drives us to be innovative and responsive to the many changes that have impacted student mobility.
What we are looking for
We are keen to find an enthusiastic and proactive role model; someone who has a positive ‘can do’ attitude and can bring people alongside them in a busy and complex environment. You will have experience of delivering significant programmes of activity working in collaboration with others.
The ideal candidate will also be highly organised, have excellent communications skills and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders.
