We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative lecturer to join our HE Business team at our Adams Campus based in the Lace Market. You would be joining at a time of rapid change and improvement following our recent OFSTED grading of “GOOD”.
If you are an expert in your area, and are passionate about teaching, we have the following opportunities:
• Business (Higher Education Programmes) including our Higher Education Degree, Foundation Degree in Business, Access to HE Business programme. Units will include Marketing, Business Skills and Business Decision Making.
The successful candidate will have passion, drive, determination, and vision that shines through to create outstanding learning opportunities. You will possess excellent communication skills, have empathy, understanding and the ability to inspire and engage young people to excel and achieve their learning goals.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they can use new learning technologies and will continue to update their skills through CPD. Ideally you will hold a teaching qualification, however if you are new to teaching, we are able to support your professional development to achieve this. Prior experience of leading a course would also be desirable as this would form part of the role.
