Do you have a passion for organising, love working with people and get a buzz from coordinating large events?
We are looking for a Student Engagement Officer to support the Student Success and Engagement team with the organisation, administration and coordination of student-facing events, in particular the University-wide Welcome Week and other activities that support students’ transition to university. We are would also like to find someone who is keen to support underrepresented student groups and get involved with our peer support schemes and activities.
You will be a highly organised person, who enjoys working on several fronts concurrently and coordinating many stakeholders. You will have excellent communication skills and significant experience in organising and coordinating large events, as well as providing administrative support. You will be able to work both individually and as part of a team, with energy and confidence and enjoy being part of a fast-moving environment.
