About the role
Under the direction of the Academic Planning Coordinator and in conjunction with relevant academic staff, the post holder will manage study materials for all School of Management programmes and will provide specialist administration for student module feedback processes In addition, this role will be involved with academic support processes, including short qualification administration, extenuating circumstances, academic misconduct, timetabling and student events, ensuring effective procedures are developed and documented. This role will provide support for matters relating to teaching and learning activities across the School.
About you
The post holder will have excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to deal politely and effectively with a wide range of people in a teaching and learning context and excellent planning, organisational and decision-making skills, including the ability to coordinate a range of simultaneous tasks or activities, exercise initiative and problem-solve effectively.
