UCC wishes to appoint a Lecturer in Nutritional Dairy Ingredients in the School of Food and Nutritional Sciences. The post-holder will possess evidence of an impressive track record in the research area of dairy ingredients, with particular emphasis on nutrition and health aspects. Integrating fully into the existing strengths of the recently established Dairy Science Centre of Excellence at UCC, the post-holder will develop a programme to develop the science and technology required to underpin the next generation of dairy ingredients and products with enhanced nutrition and health-promoting properties.
