We are seeking to appoint a Project Administrator to support The Productivity Institute’s Regional Productivity Forum in Yorkshire, Humber & the North-East, based at Sheffield University Management School (SUMS).

The Productivity Institute brings together world-leading and UK experts from a range of disciplines and backgrounds, working directly with policymakers and businesses to better understand, measure, and enable improvements in productivity across the whole of the UK, with the aim to improve living standard and well-being. 

The position of Project Administrator is designed to support the Productivity Institute’s regional research and business engagement programme and support the RPF Lead in the management, organisation and governance of the RPF. The role will include helping to coordinate the activities of the regional network, including organising and supporting Forum meetings and communicating with Forum members. The role will also involve report writing, budget management, and impact and knowledge exchange planning and support. 

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, IT skills, have previous relevant work experience in managing large complex projects and be able to work as part of a team. The role is offered as a fixed term contract ending on 31st August 2025.
