Are you looking for a leadership role which balances operations and strategy, helping to bridge the gap between companies and the University by developing and delivering Executive Education programmes and supporting our ambitions for company engagement across the East Midlands and beyond?
Based in the Business School, as Senior Operations Manager (Executive Education) you will be part of the School’s Professional Services Leadership team and, working with the Associate Dean for External Engagement, will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the Business School’s Executive Education programmes.
You will lead on strategic and operational planning, and the ongoing development of professional services support to Executive Education. Specifically, you will:

You will help drive forward change and deliver service excellence.
