To support the university at this exciting time we are looking for an Executive Officer to provide high quality, professional executive assistance to the Dean of Health, Sport and Bioscience. This varied role will see you undertaking activities including but not withstanding committee meetings management, supporting the Senior Management Team, diary management for the Dean and event management.
We are looking for someone with experience in servicing senior level meetings, project management and executive office systems and processes. You will need excellent communications skills, sound judgement, understanding and adhering to GDPR and confidentiality. The post holder should also be able to provide a high level of customer service in a in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
A successful external candidate for this position would be employed by UEL Professional Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEL.
