The International Recruitment Team at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) is seeking to appoint a Regional Manager to join our highly successful International Recruitment Team and to support the University’s international recruitment ambitions.
You will lead on our recruitment activity in both the Americas and South-East Asia by developing and implementing both the international recruitment strategy and regional strategy to ensure appropriate quality recruitment from the regions.
The post holder will be an experienced international recruitment practitioner with a clear understanding of the issues relating to international student recruitment and business development and the ability to use this knowledge to ensure the effective implementation of strategy. A degree or equivalent is essential.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills in order to develop strong working relationships with external organisations such as representatives, partner institutions, sponsors and government agencies that support the University’s international strategy.
The role will involve periods of travel overseas.
